1Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using Pup Milestone, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2The service

Pup Milestone is a personal tracking tool for a puppy's crate time, exercise, weight, flea and worming treatment, and behaviour.

3Your data and iCloud

Pup Milestone has no accounts and no login. If your device is signed in to iCloud, your data syncs automatically across your devices through your own private iCloud account - there is nothing to set up inside the app. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4Premium subscription

Premium is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription billed through your Apple ID. It unlocks the Weekly and Monthly Insight summaries and the behaviour charts linking crate time and exercise to behaviour, plus the reminders that tell you when new insights are ready.

• Price and length: £3.99 per month in the UK. In other countries the price is shown in your local currency in the app before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically each month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their own refund policy - we do not process refunds directly.
• You can restore a previous purchase from Account → Restore Purchases.

5Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log - dates, weights, treatment records and behaviour entries. Pup Milestone calculates scores and reminders based on exactly what you enter.

6Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Pup Milestone is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Louis Cook is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

7Termination

You can stop using Pup Milestone anytime by deleting the app. We may withdraw the app from sale at our discretion; any active subscription would continue to be managed through your Apple ID until you cancel it.

8Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
